The IISG Secretariat organized a training session for the IISG  Database in Belgrade, on the 26th and 27th of October 2021 and was delivered by the representatives of ARK IT and the IISG Secretariat.

The subject matter expert from the IISG Secretariat, Mr. Eros Andoni briefed on the methodology for mapping support to the IISG needs through the IISG Database (IISG-D).  Mr. Andoni explained the purpose and scope of work of the IISG database.

The participants were briefed and trained by representatives of Ark IT, on system architecture and functionalities, reports, and timeframe for data upload.  Participants concluded that the IISG secure database platform is very important for the WB6 Partners, and it’s very important that it’s developed in a user-friendly manner.
