On the 24th of February 2022, GIZ representatives visited the premises of the IISG Secretariat in Sarajevo, BiH. The head of the regional project on countering serious crime in Western Balkan (IPA 2019), Mr. Oliver Janser, and the project adviser, Mr. Jurgen Hauser, discussed the current developments of the IISG and the need to align regional cooperation between both projects. Worth mentioning is the fact that the scope of work under the mentioned project Western Balkan Countering Serious Crime (WB CSC) in its essence, is the most similar to the one of the IISG, in terms of vision, contribution, and development.
The IISG Secretariat was represented by Mr. Agron Sojati, Head of Secretariat (HoS)/Action Leader, Ms. Maja Pinjo Talevska, Senior Expert/Deputy Head of Secretariat, Mr. Eros Andoni, Subject Matter Expert and Mr. Ibrahim Begic, IISG Secretariat Assistant.
