On the 27th and 28th of January 2022, the IISG Secretariat held a meeting in Belgrade, with the Ministry of Interior of Serbia in order to: finalize the drafts of methodologies on response mapping, IISG Database, and the methods of organization and decision-making of meetings of IISG Support Group.

During the two-day mission in Belgrade, the IISG Secretariat did brief the representatives of the Ministry on the final findings for the needs mapping process, elaborating and discussing the process for the Response mapping report and harmonizing methodologies with the IISG ToR’s.

The meeting resulted in an overall positive outcome where the needs listed on four sub-charts for all three IISG pillars from the Ministry of Interior of Serbia have come to the final stage and are subject to the Minister’s approval. The Serbian authorities provided the final text on the needs for all three pillars and the comments on the Secure Database draft methodology.

At the end of the meeting, it was decided that IISG Secretariat will prepare the final charts with all inputs included during the consultations and send them to the participants for final approval.

The meeting resulted in an overall positive outcome and the IISG Secretariat was represented by the Head of the IISG Secretariat (HoS), Mr. Agron Sojati, and Mr. Ibrahim Begic, IISG Secretariat Assistant.
