In the period 21^st – 22^nd of December 2021, the IISG Secretariat organized the National-level thematic coordination meetings in Belgrade. The meetings gathered designated persons for the 3 Pillars from the Ministry of the Interior of Serbia. The IISG Secretariat was represented by the Head of IISG Secretariat, Mr. Agron Sojati, and the IISG Secretariat and project assistant Mr. Ibrahim Begic.

During the two-day meetings, the participants focused on the needs mapping process, such as verification of the needs and response mapping methodology, which were presented by IISG HoS Mr. Sojati, who also provided a comprehensive presentation on the IISG database methodology and the information to be provided in the IISG database. This meeting concluded with most items on the agenda. Another meeting was set for January 2022, in order to reflect the final findings for the needs mapping process.
